Oklahoma gives us more first-hand evidence than any other state we cover. Reviewers living in Oklahoma completed 56 publishable tests between 30 April and 18 September 2026, across 24 operators, using real accounts, real Gold Coin packages and, where they got far enough, real redemption requests. That is the largest single-state pool in our network. It also arrives at an awkward moment: the legislature has voted to shut this market down, and the clock runs out at the end of October.

This guide does two jobs. It sets out what our Oklahoma testers found, operator by operator, and it explains what the 1 November change means for anyone holding a balance today.

What changes on 1 November 2026

SB 1589 passed the Senate 48-0 in March and the House 65-21 on 4 May. Governor Kevin Stitt vetoed it on 7 May, calling it "vague and overbroad". The legislature overrode him on 14 May, the Senate voting 34-10 and the House 68-19 (Gambling.com; Public Gaming Research Institute).

The law targets online casino-style games played with "representatives of value", the wording aimed at the Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin model. From 1 November, operating or facilitating such a game in Oklahoma is a Class C felony, with fines reported at $500 to $2,000. Lines.com and Gambling.com both report that liability reaches past the operators to suppliers, payment processors, geolocation providers, affiliates and promoters. Tribal gaming conducted under the federal Indian Gaming Regulatory Act is not affected.

What it means in practice:

  • Operators must stop serving Oklahoma by 1 November. Expect Sweeps Coin play, and in many cases whole accounts, to switch off for Oklahoma addresses on or before that date.
  • Some have already gone. Gambling Insider's September 2026 update reports that Pulsz made Oklahoma a Gold Coin-only state, Lucky Rush added Oklahoma to its restricted list, and AceBet moved Oklahoma to Gold Coin-only. Legal Sports Report's McLuck page lists Oklahoma among McLuck's restricted states.
  • Our own testers ran into it. Two Oklahoma reviewers testing Bankrolla, an operator outside our roster, found Sweeps Coin features suspended for the state in August 2026, one of them straight after buying a package.
  • Redeem early. iGaming Future notes that platforms leaving a state have tended to cut access weeks before the legal deadline, and that unredeemed balances may be forfeited once access closes. If your balance is above the operator's minimum, request the redemption now rather than in the last week of October.

We found no reported court challenge to SB 1589 as of 7 October 2026. The full background, including the tribal compacts behind the bill, sits in our SB 1589 explainer.

House brands: listed first, not yet covered by Oklahoma testing

The three operators below lead our Oklahoma roster. None of them has been through our in-state testing yet, so nothing in this section comes from an Oklahoma reviewer. The offers are taken from the operators' current roster copy, and the same 1 November deadline applies to them as to everyone else.

OperatorFree startOptional first purchaseOklahoma tests
Chino1,000 GC + 1 SC, credited on verificationNo purchase necessaryNone yet
QuickMilly1,000 GC + 1 SC125% match up to $1,000 on the first purchase, up to 2.25M GC + 2,250 free SC, auto-appliedNone yet
Jumbo8810,000 GC + 1 SC free$9.99 first purchase (was $20): 20,000 GC + 20 free SCNone yet

Chino keeps it simple: the free Gold Coins and Sweeps Coin land once your account is verified, with no package needed. QuickMilly carries the largest first-purchase ceiling on the roster for players who choose to buy. Jumbo88 pairs the biggest free Gold Coin start of the three with a discounted $9.99 opener. Treat all three as untested in Oklahoma until reviewer results come in.

The tested operators, by what Oklahoma reviewers found

These rostered operators all have at least one publishable Oklahoma test. Test counts are in-state only.

WowVegas

The warmest reception of the four-test group. One reviewer called it "a go-to for many players", and another gave it "two thumbs up". The friction is all on the way out: testers reported a $50 cash minimum, ID and selfie checks at redemption, and processing that "can take up to 10 business days". With a 1 November deadline, that window matters. Full detail in our WowVegas review.

McLuck

McLuck's four Oklahoma testers liked the game range, especially the live tables: "If you want live table games, you need to check them out!" The complaints were about returns and the $75 cash threshold. Check whether your account still offers Sweeps Coin play before buying anything, given the restricted-state listing reported above. See the McLuck review.

Splash Coins

Generous packs (one tester's $19.99 package came with 70 SC) and an easy signup, but no blackjack or roulette, and two testers hit games that would not load. Our Splash Coins review has the rest.

High5Casino

A very large slot catalogue, close to 3,000 titles by one tester's count, with no table games. Identity and selfie checks happen at signup, and one tester was paid the same day. The High5Casino review covers the verification issues in full.

The Boss

Live blackjack and roulette, ID checks deferred to cash-out in two of three tests, and a $100 redemption minimum. Details in The Boss review.

Rolla, Rolling Riches, Jackpot Go and Pulsz

Rolla won praise from both its Oklahoma testers for an easy start and a 10 SC verification bonus, though it carries slots and shooting games only. Rolling Riches offers bets from a penny, but one tester was stuck in a login loop on both the site and the app. Jackpot Go produced the quickest bank payout in this group: "Three hours later, the money appeared in my bank account, minus the $1.00 fee that the casino charged for the transfer." Pulsz tested fine in June, but Gambling Insider reports it has since made Oklahoma Gold Coin-only.

Single tests also exist for YAY Casino, RealPrize, Lavish Luck Casino, Spinfinite and Jackpota. One test is too thin to rank on, so we hold those back for now.

How to choose in the time left

With weeks rather than months remaining, the usual checklist shifts:

  1. Check Sweeps Coin access first. Before any purchase, confirm the operator still offers SC play at an Oklahoma address. Bankrolla's testers bought packages and only then discovered SC was switched off.
  2. Know the minimum. Cash floors in our Oklahoma tests ran from $50 (WowVegas) to $100 (High5Casino, The Boss, Rolla). A balance below the floor cannot be cashed, so check whether a lower gift-card tier exists.
  3. Allow for processing time. Eleven of the 17 redemptions our Oklahoma testers timed took three days or more. Our payout times guide breaks that down.
  4. Clear verification early. Twenty-four of the 56 tests involved identity checks. Upload documents now, not on the day you redeem.
  5. Skip new purchases you cannot use. A Gold Coin package bought in late October may leave free Sweeps Coins you never get to play through or redeem.

If you only want to try the model without spending, our guide to free sweepstakes casinos in Oklahoma lists the no-purchase starts, and our Oklahoma online casino guide covers what else exists from home.

Frequently asked questions

When do sweepstakes casinos have to leave Oklahoma?

By 1 November 2026, when SB 1589 takes effect. Some operators have already restricted the state.

What happens to my Sweeps Coins after 1 November?

That depends on the operator's terms. Reports from earlier state exits suggest unredeemed balances may be forfeited once access closes, so redeem anything above the minimum before the deadline and ask support in writing about smaller balances.

Which operator has the most Oklahoma tests?

Free Spin, with six, but it is not on our Oklahoma roster. Among rostered operators, WowVegas, McLuck, Splash Coins and High5Casino have four each.

Are Chino, QuickMilly and Jumbo88 tested in Oklahoma?

Not yet. They lead the roster, but no Oklahoma reviewer has completed a test on them, so we show their offers only.

Is anyone challenging SB 1589 in court?

We found no reported challenge as of 7 October 2026.
